Jason Fullerton draws on his more than thirty year background which includes both regulation and criminal investigation as a senior investigator serving eleven years in the NSW Police Force, executive management roles in business where he really honed his skills, and marked a professional path of adopting safe, compliant, lawful, and productive management methods always prioritising continuity of business.
“What is fundamentally important to me is to ensure those around me adequately understand the importance of their roles in the success of the business. I like to break down process and engineer the systems required for success and the role each stakeholder plays to ensure smooth execution in every circumstance. It is almost certainly poor communication that result in poor execution and ultimately compromises business continuity. I am all about avoiding that”.
